The session also aims to introduce the term “Managing Diversity” and how it relates to Working with Others. Learners are introduced to the Managing Diversity course, its rationale, model, objectives, and how it can be applied at work
This session introduces participants to the definitions and elements of workplace Diversity and Inclusion and the benefits they bring to organizations. The session also provides the opportunity to self-reflect on personal biases towards diversity. Learners will examine a business case for workplace diversity and inclusion and explore next steps they can take to build diversity and inclusion within their own roles.
